At Minimal Aura, we consider shipping an extension of our commitment to quality. Every curated piece is carefully packaged and dispatched with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you safely.
1. Order Confirmation and Preparation
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options for your convenience.
For online payment orders, order preparation begins once payment is successfully completed through our secure payment gateway.
For Cash on Delivery orders, preparation begins after the order is successfully placed and verified.
Order verification and preparation typically take 1–2 business days. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
Shipping Charges Apply
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. These charges are applicable to both COD and online payment orders.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
3. Packaging and Order Dispatch
All products are packaged using high-quality, secure materials suitable for décor and fragile items. Protective packaging is used to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email, along with tracking details where available.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Pakistan. Customers selecting COD must pay the full order amount, including shipping charges, directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Minimal Aura reserves the right to restrict or decline COD orders in certain situations, including incomplete address details, repeated order refusals, or high-value orders. In such cases, customers may be requested to complete payment online.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Minimal Aura is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept a COD order, the customer will be responsible for reshipment and additional shipping charges.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or operational disruptions. While Minimal Aura is not liable for such delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
