Refund policy

At Minimal Aura, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every curated piece. Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or signs of misuse. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all protective materials, tags, accessories, and documentation. Please ensure that shipping labels or tape are not placed directly on the product’s original box.

2. Return Request & Shipping

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at minimalaura.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as Minimal Aura cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, a refund equal to 100% of the product price paid will be processed. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout through our secure payment gateway. Refunds to personal accounts are not permitted. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval, though additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider for the amount to reflect.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the damaged item along with the packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. If the cancellation request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used via the payment gateway.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our studio or warehouse and confirmed to meet the return eligibility criteria.
